You Capture: Spring

Today's "You Capture" was a rather interesting experience...

It snowed yesterday and today's assignment was "Spring".

Hmm, almost an oxymoron, but I muddled through- after all I did have some fun daffodil shots from earlier in the week (you know, when the calendar date and the weather actually matched up).

Spring means

Goats!  What, you don't get excited to pet them at the farm, too?  Well, Ok then Spring also means

flowers.  Lots of flowers.

Let's not forget the fact that Spring also means we can now get our milk without having to truck through snow to get to the parlor door.

Oh and Spring means flowers

have I mentioned that already?  Bet you can find more botanically lovely samples if you head here.

Before I go, A Big Thank You to everyone who commented on yesterday's post regarding my photo uploading problems with Blogger.  Things seem better today, but I am going to look into many of your suggestions over the weekendIt also helped to hear I wasn't the only one having problems (because who wants to feel dumb, right?).  My readers are the best!

OK, am I seeing things...or is that flower bigger than your little one's HEAD?! Amazing!! Love the pictures! :-)

My favorite shot is Bear holding out the daffodil. Adorable and hysterical!

I'm glad you mentioned your problems with blogger, because I was feeling pretty stupid myself. And Frogmum came to my rescue with some wonderful tips... so thank you again.

Do you have goats and cows?! Or are you just using the goat milk? So cool. I need to live next door to you. Next door so I can buy the milk and play with the goats, but not do all the hard work. ;)

Daffodils. I love driving through my hometown in the Spring. There are clusters of daffodils everywhere.
Your pictures are beautiful.
Hope the snow stays away for you!!

The last daffodil shot is gorgeous! I really love it. I'm fond of goats, but... ha! I'm really a cow person. Great shots!

Love the goat ~ the enormous daf' and the blue skies in the last shot. I'd love to have a goat(s), but my neighbour has them, so that'll suffice (although she's not 'allowed' to give away their produce these days :( ). Glad your picture troubles are sorted too! And no-one things you are dumb at all btw; We've all been grateful for many a 'tip' along the way that has saved us hours of figuring things out! :D

Beautiful photos! I wish I was hanging out with goats and taking flower pictures today... but alas, it was a 10 hour day at work.

What great colors you found! Love the shot of your child with the daffodils, the perspective and angle you got on that one is just great! Thanks for your fun comment on my blog (The Old Nichols Farm) the other day. Made me smile!

Love the perspective of your son holding the daffodil! And I, for one, love the goat photo. And I love the bright colors of the shot of the barn. OK, I love all of your photos! :)

I love baby goats, even if they tinkle on me during a field trip. I had to ride the school bus home with my class that way. Nobody wanted to sit by me. I love the daffodil picture too! Did you say snow???

It snowed? Oh no! That is the worst! I hope it melts quickly. It is supposed to be 84 degrees here in Pennsylvania today. Yippee!

Beautiful flowers! They are also one of my favorite things in the Spring. But I can't capture them that well. :)

Have a great weekend!

and the flowers? simply stunning.

you are gifted.

i didn't try to upload any photos to blogger today, so not sure if i'm still having the same issue. will keep you posted!

Such a lovely daffodil and I'm so happy that I'm not in the same boat with all of you that are getting snow. I had my fill in February!

Love the photo of Bear holding the daffodil. At least you got some shots of the flowers before the snow. Who would of thought it would snow at the end of April...only in Vermont! :)
